Job Description

Job Summary:
Suwannee Medical Personnel is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team and provide high-quality nursing care at long-term care and rehabilitation facilities. As part of a reputable nurse staffing agency, you will have the flexibility to choose from a variety of shifts and locations while making a meaningful impact on the lives of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with the care plan and facility policies. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor patient health and report any significant changes to the RN or physician. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide person-centered care. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility. Accurately document all care provided, medications administered, and observations. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Current and valid LPN license in the state of Georgia. Minimum of 1 year of experience CPR/BLS certification Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
