PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

(Licensed Practical Nurse)  Medication Administration  Medication Documentation  Oversee the services of direct care staff and Certified Nursing Assistants  Administering tube feeding  ADLs  Nursing assessments  Skin Care  Vital Signs  Nursing Care  Report to RN Will be 7 Hrs 7days a week of LPN services Shift is 5am-1pm or 8am-3pm
