Caregiver / Personal
Care Aide (PCA) Provides non-medical, hands-on support that helps clients live safely and comfortably at home.
Typical responsibilities:
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Help with mobility, transfers, and repositioning Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Medication reminders (non-administration) Companionship, supervision, and help with daily routines
Requirements:
Compassion, reliability, and a caring attitude Ability to pass a criminal background check (GCHEXS) and TB screening CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Prior caregiving experience helpful but not required — we welcome new caregivers with the right heart 2. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Delivers personal care with the added training and certification of a CNA, under the direction of nursing staff.
Typical responsibilities:
All personal care duties listed above Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nurse or supervisor Assist with feeding, ambulation, and range-of-motion activities Support skilled nursing staff with delegated, non-clinical tasks
Requirements:
Active certification on the Georgia Certified Nurse Aide Registry Criminal background check (GCHEXS) and current TB screening Current CPR/First Aid certification Prior home care or facility experience preferred 3. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Provides skilled nursing care in the home under the supervision of an RN and the physician-ordered plan of care.
Typical responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments within LPN scope of practice Perform skilled tasks such as wound care, G-tube/feeding support, and tracheostomy care Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and response to care Follow the client's service plan and report changes to the supervising RN Respond appropriately to medical emergencies per agency policy
Requirements:
Current, active Georgia LPN license in good standing (verified) Current CPR/BLS certification Criminal background check (GCHEXS) and current TB screening One (1) year of nursing experience preferred; home care or pediatric experience a plus 4. Registered Nurse (RN) Provides and oversees skilled nursing care, develops and updates care plans, and supervises LPNs and aides.
Typical responsibilities:
Conduct client assessments and develop, implement, and update plans of care Provide skilled nursing interventions within RN scope of practice Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and caregivers Coordinate care with physicians, families, and the care team Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation and regulatory compliance Respond to and manage medical emergencies per agency policy and the client's service plan
Requirements:
Current, active Georgia RN license in good standing (verified) Current CPR/BLS certification Criminal background check (GCHEXS) and current TB screening One (1) or more years of nursing experience preferred; home care, pediatric, or private duty experience a plus Reliable transportation and valid Georgia driver's license
