Full-time opportunity for an experienced
CMA/LPN/EMT
interested in opportunities outside of the clinic.
Who We Are:
For the past 40 years, Augusta ENT PC has been providing a full spectrum of specialty care for people of all ages across the CSRA and Statesboro. With 5 offices, 16 physicians, and a variety of services Augusta ENT PC strives to help everyone feel their very best. Duties (summary): Triage patient health concerns/conditions over the phone by utilizing assessment skills in conjunction with established medical protocols.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate is an experienced Medical Assistant who is able to assess patients thoroughly over the phone and is a stickler for following protocol.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a clinical setting (Private practice or ER preferred.) Strong communication skills and empathy for individuals seeking healthcare-related assistance Computer efficiency, strong data entry, and attention to detail Capable of following triage protocols Ability to read and comprehend chart notes, results, and orders Must pass a background check and drug screen Punctual and dependable Ability to sit at a desk and talk on the phone for an extended period of time CMA, LPN, EMT, or Paramedic (preferred)
