PRN / As Needed Multiple Openings Available Join Our Skilled Nursing Team Modani Care is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a medically complex client in the Baconton, Georgia area. Approximately 45 hours per week are currently available for this case. Rather than relying on a single nurse, we are intentionally building a team of 2-3 dependable LPNs to provide consistent coverage, improve work-life balance, and ensure the client continues to receive uninterrupted care when vacations, illnesses, or emergencies arise. Required Clinical Experience Applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience and be comfortable providing: Tracheostomy care Ventilator/Trilogy management Airway suctioning Medication administration Wound care Urinary catheter care Bowel program management Skilled nursing assessments Accurate and timely documentation Client Overview The client is a quadriplegic adult receiving skilled nursing services in the home. This position requires an experienced nurse who is confident managing complex medical needs while providing compassionate, individualized care. Qualifications Current Georgia LPN license in good standing Minimum two (2) years of nursing experience Current CPR certification Reliable transportation Ability to pass all required background screening Location Applicants should live within approximately 30 minutes of Baconton, GA 31716 . Schedule Information This position is PRN , with approximately 45 client-authorized hours available each week . Scheduling is based on the client's authorized hours and care needs. While we make every effort to provide consistent schedules, shifts are assigned based on client needs and team coverage.
