Position Overview:
We're seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse to support our patients' healing journeys. As the Wound Nurse, you'll not only provide care but also educate patients and their families on preventive measures and healthy practices. The ideal candidate will exhibit responsibility, excellent training, and the ability to deliver outstanding nursing care with minimal supervision. Your role as a Wound Nurse (RN/LPN) will include adherence to health and safety protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality nursing care. Your mission is to enhance patients' well-being through your exceptional nursing expertise.
Responsibilities:
As the Wound Care Nurse (LPN/RN), you'll: Uphold the established Standards of Nursing Practice in managing all assigned patients. Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement effective wound treatment plans, participating in performance improvement reviews and other nursing responsibilities.
Requirements:
Active LPN or RN license. Wound Care experience
