LOCATION

Dublin, GA to Eastman, GA / Float between assigned locations based on staffing needs. The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia is seeking a qualified individual to serve as our next LPN. This person will be responsible for m aintaining complete, accurate healthcare records and reports. Documenting vital signs and psychiatric/medical information. Working with the medical staff to ensure that the health and safety of our clients are being best taken care of. Responsibilities of the

LPN:

Working with physicians, PA's, NP's via zoom and in clinic. Maintaining complete, accurate healthcare records and reports. Medication administration, including injections. Monitoring patients for side effects or reactions. Phlebotomy. Documenting vital signs and psychiatric/medical information. Monitoring, recording, and reporting symptoms or change in patients conditions and responses. Effectively communicating with patients and their families, providers, and others. Complete prior authorizations and patient assistance applications in a timely manner. Return phone calls and answer messages. Ability to multitask while providing a high standard of care to our patients and be able to work autonomously as a team. Maintain HIPAA regulations. Here are some of the things we require: High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Valid Georgia Driver's License Effective verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse communities Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Products Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines accordingly LPN must be licensed to practice in the state of Georgia, Must possess basic computer and typing skills, Ability to work in Adult Outpatient Benefits of Working with
