Job Description

Cornerstone Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for an adult quadriplegic patient in the home setting.

Schedule:

Monday and Thursday Every Other Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM - 3:00

PM Location:

Ellijay, GA Responsibilities:

Medication administration Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Personal care and support Monitoring and documenting patient status Providing safe, dignified, and compassionate care in the home

Qualifications:
