JOB DESCRIPTION
CareCo - The Caregiving Company is a trusted provider of in-home, non-medical caregiving services, supporting clients with activities of daily living so they can remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We are seeking a licensed RN or LPN to join our team, ensuring our caregivers can safely perform delegated tasks in compliance with state regulations while maintaining the highest standard of client care. The Nurse Delegation RN/LPN is responsible for evaluating clients to determine eligibility for delegated nursing tasks, training and supervising caregivers who perform those tasks, and ensuring all documentation and practices meet state and agency compliance standards. This role serves as a critical link between clients, families, caregivers, and the agency—promoting safety, quality, and continuity of care.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations to determine the necessity of specialized nursing interventions for each individual client. Provide direct oversight and continuous professional guidance to caregiving staff during the execution of authorized medical protocols. Maintain rigorous adherence to jurisdictional mandate and agency policies through the management of clinical documentation. Facilitate advanced educational sessions on preventative hygiene, safety benchmarks, and refined personal care methodologies for all stakeholders. Serve as a liaison, bridging communication between families and the agency to uphold excellence in care delivery. Analyze client requirements to identify the need for clinical escalation or external specialized resources and coordinate requisite referrals. Champion strategic organizational quality improvements to optimize the caregiving experience and heighten overall client satisfaction levels.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Valid RN or LPN credential within Georgia maintained in good standing. Professional background in residential care, public health sectors, or clinical nurse delegation is highly advantageous. Comprehensive understanding of regional delegation statutes and professional scope-of-practice standards. Exceptional proficiency in clinical assessment, technical documentation, and professional interpersonal communication. Willingness to operate with autonomy while conducting field visits to client residences. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.. Eligibility to successfully clear comprehensive background verifications and mandatory drug screenings
Pay:
$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
