Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our private medical practice on a part-time basis. We are looking for a dependable, professional, and compassionate nurse who takes pride in providing exceptional patient care and enjoys working in a professional outpatient environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to work independently while collaborating closely with the provider and clinical team. Responsibilities o Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care o Perform patient intake, vital signs, and clinical assessments o Prepare patients for examinations and in-office procedures o Administer medications and injections as directed o Assist the provider with clinical procedures o Monitor and document patient information accurately o Provide patient education and follow-up instructions o Communicate professionally with patients in person and by phone o Assist with patient follow-up and care coordination o Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation o Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment o Follow established clinical protocols and patient safety standards Ideal Candidate We are looking for an experienced LPN (preferred) who brings clinical confidence, professionalism, reliability, and a genuine commitment to patient care . The ideal candidate takes initiative, communicates effectively, works well with patients and colleagues, and takes pride in providing a high level of care in a professional medical practice.
Expected hours:
24.0 - 28.0 per week Application Question(s): 1. Do you currently hold an active, unrestricted LPN license? 2. How many years of experience do you have as an LPN? 3. Do you have previous outpatient or private medical- office experience? 4. Are you comfortable administering injections and assisting with in-office clinical procedures? 5. Are you able to travel between practice locations when required? 6. Are you available to work approximately 24 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours as needed for coverage, generally between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00-6:00 p.m.?
