Part-time, Contract Description:
Caring Hearts of Georgia Health Services is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our clients and caregivers in the home care setting. The LPN will help ensure that clients receive safe, high-quality care by completing supervisory visits, assessing client needs, communicating changes in condition, and providing guidance to personal care aides and certified nursing assistants.
