Job Summary:
Prn
  • RN/LPN .
Work a s an RN/LPN as well as supervision of nursing assistants.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care under the guidance of registered nurses or physicians.
  • Administer medications and treatments following prescribed protocols.
  • Monitor and accurately document patient vital signs and medical data.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and execute individualized patient care plans.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in practices.
  • Long term care experience a plus.
  • Ventilator experience a plus.
  • Wound care experience a plus.
