Full Job Description LPN Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret test results
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention
- Utilize case management skills to coordinate care across multiple healthcare settings
- Provide acute care for medically fragile baby
- provide support to patients and their families
- Experience working with children and providing age-appropriate care
- Will be working in a stress-free environment
- Experience with g-tube
- 1:1 ratio when working with patient
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of GA
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of medication administration and dosage calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a slow-paced environment.
