Pay:

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour Job description: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated CMA to join our triage team. This team serves as the primary communication liaison between our providers and patients. and works closely with our providers to ensure thorough patient care and education are provided. The triage team answers patient questions and screens patient refill requests for appropriateness and medication prior authorizations as needed. The triage team makes lab results calls to patients and provides clinical education over the phone as needed. Must have experience in completing prior authorizations for medication refills.
