Overview:

Job Summary:
Field and document all incoming clinical related phone calls completing those you can and messaging the appropriate staff member for all other
Duties:
Triage all patient and provider phone calls related to clinical issues. Answer questions based on company protocol and ensure thorough documentation. For those questions that require Provider Nurse input, send message to the Provider Nurse and track his/her progress to ensure the task is worked within 24 hours. Complete all over-the-phone medication refills based on the Company's protocols. Schedule patient appointments as needed. Maintain a professional and polite phone demeanor at all times. Perform other tasks as needed or directed by the Company's management team. Qualifications (Required): Licensed Practical Nurse or equivalent Three (3)+ years of relevant experience Ability to communicate clearly with patients Ability to keep an organized workflow and effectively manage multiple tasks at one time Ability to be active and mobile for an eight (8)-hour period The statements listed above describe the principle functions of the job and should not be considered as a detailed description of all work requirements that are inherent to the position.
