Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Biotech Description The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) fo r a school-based placement in Winder, GA for the 26/27 school year ! This is a full-time private duty/1:1 role supporting a medically fragile student during the school day and during bus rides to and from school.

Hours:

Monday•Friday 6:00 am•2:30 pm (includes bus ride to and from school)

Compensation:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Active LPN License in Georgia Current

BLS CPR/AED

certification Demonstrated experienced with: Pediatric patients Trach management and suctioning Tube feedings and management Oxygen and airway management Medication administration Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently Ability to safely implement physician orders and care plans within LPN scope of practice School-based experience highly preferred

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Maintain continuous observation of assigned student during bus ride to school, throughout the school day, and during bus ride home from school. Support chronic condition management and assist with medical procedures as outlined in care plans Provide first aid and medication administration Document care and communicate with school teams Accompany student during transportation and community-based activities when assigned Report significant status changes to supervising RN and family
