Clinical Staff Status:
Part-Time or Full-Time MUST be ON ISLAND and available to work full scheduled shifts through 7:00 PM This is NOT a travel position.

This position is for immediate hire so applicants on island only. You must be available to work full shifts (no 8-4 availability at this time), and weekend availability is required . General Job Description As an MA, LPN, or RN at Minit Medical, you'll play a key role in delivering compassionate, timely, and efficient patient care. You'll support our providers and assist in a variety of clinical and administrative tasks, helping patients feel better—one visit at a time.
Responsibilities Include:
Triaging patients and obtaining vital signs Collecting lab specimens and performing rapid testing Wound care and instrument sterilization Administering medications and injections IV insertion and medication/pharmacy checks Performing physicals (sports, school, pre-employment) and drug screens Communicating lab results to patients Maintaining efficient clinical workflow Supporting clerical duties during downtime (answering phones, emails, etc.) Keeping the clinic clean per schedule Ensuring patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Providing accurate medical histories to providers Using EHR systems and maintaining interoffice communication Always demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and a patient-first attitude
Qualifications:
MA Certification or prior MA experience , OR LPN/RN with active Hawai'i license in good standing Prior experience in a medical office or clinical setting Excellent communication and multitasking skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate
Schedule & Training:
Weekend availability is required Openings available for Part-Time or Full-Time Must be available to work until 7:00 PM on scheduled days Training period: Typically 2 weeks of full time hours (may vary by experience level).
