In this role, you'll be an essential member of a collaborative and experienced healthcare team, delivering direct patient care and supporting the overall well-being of each resident. Your dedication will help ensure that residents receive high-quality, dignified care in a supportive and respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on nursing care in accordance with residents' care plans and physicians' orders Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the supervising RN or physician Work collaboratively with the care team to support the physical and emotional needs of residents Maintain accurate documentation and medical records in compliance with facility and regulatory standards Assist and support CNAs and other staff in delivering compassionate, team-based care Why Join Us?
