About Us:
Mint Aesthetics + Wellness is a growing, patient-focused medical aesthetics clinic dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best through safe, effective, and personalized treatments. Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable MA, LPN, or RN to join our team. Our patient focused business is growing rapidly and there will be many opportunities to learn new skills, help develop the systems that will ensure excellent patient care, and opportunities for professional growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both clinical and patient-facing responsibilities in a fast-paced, positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist providers with non-invasive aesthetic procedures Perform blood draws and manage lab specimens Administer medications as directed Provide patient education and support in person and via text or over the phone Answer phone calls, answer patient questions, and assist with scheduling appointments Maintain accurate patient documentation and uphold clinic standards Ensure a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment
Qualifications:
Appropriate Licensure in the State of Iowa Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Growth Based Mindset. We have a small team of professionals who work very closely to ensure excellent outcomes and patient care. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team setting Professional, reliable, and patient-focused attitude
Required:
Experience in patient care in an office, hospital, or other medical setting Preferred (Not Required- Will Train): Familiarity with treatments such as neurotoxins (Tox), dermal fillers, CoolSculpting, CoolTone, or laser services Experience with venipuncture blood draw/labs, IV, subcutaneous, and IM medication administration. A basic working knowledge regarding Peptides, Medical Weight Loss, and Hormone Replacement Therapy.

Schedule:

$18.00 - $40.00 per hour
