- 12 hour shifts, but could vary based on clinic need.
Duties to include:
Provides nursing care under the supervision of a registered professional nurse. Participates in the development of nursing care plans and in the implementation of therapeutic program for patients. In less complex situations, may assume responsibility for directing and supervising assigned nursing personnel. In more complex situations, performs as an assistant to the registered professional nurse. Pay Grade:
11Required Qualifications:
- Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the Iowa Board of Nursing, or eligible for temporary work permit. Responsible to take the required continuing education hours to maintain a valid LPN certification.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support provider.
Special Qualification/License:
- Driver's License and ability to meet UI Fleet Safety Standards.
- Demonstrated excellent written/verbal communication.
