What You'll Do:

As a LPN at IVH, you will serve as the leader of a direct care team: Provide and oversee licensed treatments for up to 30 residents. Assess and evaluate resident conditions, take appropriate action, and adjust care plans. Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes. Lead and mentor Resident Aides, CNAs, and Medication Aides. Respond to acute changes in residents with professionalism, skill, and compassion.
