LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

(LPN) within our Senior Care! Located in Nevada, Iowa, we deliver top-quality healthcare across multiple specialties in a community-focused setting. As an RN or LPN you will: Accurately prepares and administers prescribed medications according to Hospital policy, and scope of practice. Makes routine assessments of patient condition and provides nursing care to patients within Hospital policy and procedure and according to physician orders, alerting supervisor of problems. Documents admission, physical assessment, monthly summaries, variance reports, and pertinent resident information. Participates in resident care plans. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, resident, and personnel information.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

Graduate of an approved school of nursing for Registered Nurses. Current Iowa nursing license. BLS certified within 60 days of employment. Completion of Mandatory Reporter certification within 90 days of employment. Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
