Description Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Contract - Rates starting at $32/hr Full Time, Part Time, Days, Eves, and Nights We are seeking a compassionate, adaptable, and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care at healthcare facilities across assigned locations. The LPN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians to deliver direct patient care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and support interdisciplinary healthcare teams. This role requires flexibility, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to quickly adapt to new environments while maintaining exceptional standards of care. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with facility policies and state regulations. Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physicians and supervising registered nurses. Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment. Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on medications, treatments, and post-care instructions. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR). Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and regulatory standards. Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and emergency situations. Adapt quickly to new healthcare settings, workflows, and staffing needs. Maintain professionalism and provide compassionate care while representing the staffing organization. Requirements Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required. ACLS certification preferred, depending on assignment.
