Ivy:

Provide direct patient care in a correctional setting Support clinical operations and workflows Collaborate with providers and facility staff Uphold standards of care and professionalism Help reinforce a culture of accountability and respect They lead through clinical judgment, consistency, and presence . What You'll Do Deliver Patient Care Perform assessments, triage, and ongoing patient monitoring Administer medications and treatments per protocol Respond to urgent and emergent medical needs Document care accurately and timely Support Clinical Operations Maintain efficient patient flow and care delivery Follow established policies, procedures, and protocols Ensure compliance with healthcare and facility standards Collaborate with the Team Work closely with providers, MCS, and facility staff Communicate clearly regarding patient status and needs Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment Maintain Safety and Standards Follow infection control and safety protocols Handle sensitive situations with professionalism Navigate a correctional environment with awareness and accountability Contribute to Culture Model professionalism and respect in all interactions Address challenges directly and appropriately Support a culture of ownership and teamwork What Matters Most Regardless of experience, you are: A strong clinical thinker A clear and professional communicator High in emotional intelligence Comfortable in a structured, secure environment Reliable and accountable Focused on patient care and safety Able to balance empathy with boundaries Why Join Us?
