Job Description

Join our Mountain Home Quick Care team as a CMA or LPN, supporting a high-volume, fast-paced clinic focused on delivering efficient, high-quality care to our community. Military veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Schedule 3 x 12-hour shifts per week Variable days, including weekends and holidays Shift hours: 7:45 a.m. - 8:15 p.m. What You Can Expect In this role, you will: Work in a high-volume quick care environment supporting same-day patient needs Room patients, obtain vital signs, document information, and support care coordination Assist providers with exams, procedures, and in-clinic treatments Perform lab draws and basic clinical testing Support occupational health screenings and services Cross-train in occupational health workflows Collaborate with providers and care teams to ensure efficient clinic flow and patient care Qualifications CMA National certification required (CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, AMT, or NHA equivalent) BLS/CPR certification (AHA or American Red Cross) required Medical Assistant program completion required Ambulatory or high-volume clinic experience preferred LPN Current Idaho LPN license required BLS/CPR certification (AHA or American Red Cross) required Ambulatory or urgent care experience preferred Preferred Experience Urgent care, quick care, or other high-volume outpatient setting Experience with lab draws and occupational health services
