OVERNIGHT NURSE
•$ 35.00-$38.00 We are looking for a Wellness Nurse/LPN to join our team! You will support our Director of Wellness by assisting in all aspects of resident care. What you'll be doing: Evaluate resident care needs and communicate with physicians Update medical charts Manage medication and monitor team members in administration of mediation, including frequent audits of medication records Order medications from pharmacy and maintain records Assure that medications are properly stored and cared for Observe residents' health status and take actions to address concerns within scope of practice Observe, record, and notify Executive Director, Director of Wellness, physician, family, and pharmacist of significant changes to residents' condition and reactions to medication, treatments, and significant incidents Maintain all health equipment for safe and proper function Complete incident reports: evaluate for need of intervention to minimize risk of further occurrences Read and decipher medications and charts Supervise and evaluate abilities of personal care team members What you'll bring to the table: RN or LVN/LPN with an unencumbered license to practice in the state of application First Aid/CPR Certification Flexibility, Adaptability and a great attitude What's in it for you: We believe in taking care of our associates, just like they take care of our residents.
