This a culture of winning. At TMS we breed winners. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care as LPN in medsurg under RN supervision. Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately. Monitor patient status, report changes, and escalate when needed. Maintain accurate patient records and timely charting in EMR. Uphold safety standards and infection control practices at all times. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and measure care outcomes. Assist with patient and family education regarding treatments and discharge plans. Demonstrate continuous learning and pursue professional development opportunities. Meet performance targets and contribute to pipeline-based planning for territory growth. Adhere to contract terms, location requirements, and on-site work expectations. Experience/Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the respective state. Proven experience in MedSurg or acute care patient floors. Accurate medication administration and charting in EMR with evidence-based practice. Ability to monitor and escalate patient changes promptly to RN. Strong infection control and safety compliance in fast-paced environments. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans. Participation in quality improvement projects and outcome measurement. Proactive patient and family education regarding treatments and discharge. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Ability to meet performance targets and contribute to pipeline-based planning. What's in it for you?
