Position Overview:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality resident care. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with other team members to ensure best outcomes. Available Schedule 7am to 3:30pm (Part Time)

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-care instructions

Qualifications:
