We're looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who enjoys teamwork, values relationships, and wants to make a real impact. We're currently hiring for: 12 Hour shift Part-Time, Full•Time, PRN Day and Overnight shifts.

What You'll Do:

Provide hands-on nursing care that helps residents feel their best. Pass medications and carry out treatments with accuracy and care. Be a trusted resource and teammate for CNAs and fellow nurses. Share in the everyday moments that make Pleasant Meadows feel like home.

Who We're Looking For:

Current LPN license (Illinois) Strong patient assessment and care planning skills Proficiency with IV therapy, catheterization, and tube feeding Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner a plus) Experience in LTC, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living or Home Health preferred Here, your role is more than a job—it's joining a community where staff and residents feel like family.
