How You'll Make an Impact As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you'll be a trusted partner in our patients' recovery journeys.You will:
Deliver direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process-Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation Collaborate closely with patients, families, and our interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plans Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to physicians, supervisors, and colleagues Play a key role in the discharge planning process to support safe, successful transitions Your skills, compassion, and critical thinking will help patients achieve greater independence, strength, and quality of life.What We Offer:
