Job Description

Community Health Center, Clinical, and Medical Job Summary Under the direct supervision of the Primary Care Manager, the applicant will provide general nursing care and leadership while working collaboratively with physicians and other multidisciplinary team members. Instructs individuals and families in health promotion and disease prevention; provides instruction in general health care and treatment to assigned clients in branches and clinics, working in concert with family physicians as necessary. The candidate will be expected to work in the clinic's family, OB, Infectious Disease, and BH areas and travel to satellite offices. Schedule calls for Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm, and Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm.
