  • Full-time Macomb Post Acute Care Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
  • RN or LPN to join our leadership team in our skilled nursing facility.
In this role, you will assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, supporting staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring the highest quality of resident care.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing with the planning, organization, and direction of nursing services Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care Monitor clinical operations and regulatory compliance Identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed Participate in staff education, coaching, and performance management Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes Make independent decisions and sound clinical judgments when appropriate Perform other duties as assigned by the
Administrator and Director of Nursing Qualifications:
