Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents, under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts upon admission, transfer, and/or discharge Receive and transcribe telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physician's Order Form Chart nurse's notes in an informative and descriptive manner Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians Provide leadership to nursing personnel assigned to your unit/shift Benefits Offered (full-time): Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k following 6 months of service

Essential Qualifications:
