Job Description
Franciscan Ministries in Baltimore, MD seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide person-centered health services for adults with developmental disabilities. The LPN will deliver routine and urgent nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor chronic conditions, and document all services in accordance with state regulations. Working closely with an interdisciplinary team, the LPN will educate individuals and direct support staff on health needs, support care plans that promote independence and inclusion, and uphold our faith-inspired values of dignity, respect, and community. Some evening/weekend coverage and on-call rotation may be required.
