$44/hr Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Olney, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Shift Details Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing setting Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the care team Assist with daily living activities and patient support Requirements Active Illinois LPN License (required) Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Strong clinical and patient care skills Ability to work night shifts consistently Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
