Description :
Pana Community Hospital is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing healthcare team. This position will work with multiple specialties, with a primary focus on our orthopedic clinics. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the examination, assessment, and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician or advanced nurse practitioner Room patients and accurately document medical history, chief complaints, medications, and other relevant information in the electronic health record (EHR) Coordinate patient care plans with multiple departments, including laboratory, diagnostic imaging, physical therapy, and surgery. Triage patient phone calls, address clinical inquiries, and relay provider instructions as appropriate Prepare and stock exam rooms and maintain cleanliness and readiness of clinical areas Schedule patient appointments, manage follow-up care, and ensure continuity of care through proactive outreach and communication
Requirements :
