Full-Time, Part-Time, and Weekend Availability Job Summary We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in Illinois to join our team at a Haven Healthcare-affiliated skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Paris. This role is ideal for LPNs seeking consistent schedules, and the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities (LPN Duties) Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams Supervise and support CNAs Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies Respond to changes in condition and provide clinical leadership during shifts Qualifications Active Illinois LPN license (required) Graduate of an accredited nursing program Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred Ability to work every other weekend Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Dependable, organized, and patient-focused Benefits Full-Time (30+ hours/week): Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (vacation, sick time, holidays) Life and Disability Insurance options Daily Pay access Employee discount program
