Job Description

Overview:
Join our healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our facility and provide high-quality nursing services. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a positive impact on the well-being of our patients.
Duties:
  • Perform IV insertion, medication administration, and IV infusion under the direction of registered nurses or physicians.
  • Provide nursing care in various settings such as PICU, primary care, family planning, pediatrics, and emergency medicine.
  • Administer injections and inhalation treatments as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the supervising healthcare provider.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient assessments and treatments.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care practices.
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN license in [IL].
  • Experience in skilled nursing facility is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform IV insertion and medication administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
