Job Description
Join the team at Salem Township Hospital as a LPN in our Rural Health Orthopedic Clinic. $5,000 Sign-On Bonus At Salem Township Hospital, compassionate care, personalized service, and teamwork matter most. LPN Qualifications Graduation from a school of nursing. Must have a current license from the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations. Surgery office experience is preferred. Summary Coordinates and organizes activities by using initiative and independent judgment. Provides direct care to patients when professional skills are required. Assists providers with the examinations and procedures. Provides patient education and documents appropriately, maintains the records accordingly. Responsible for obtaining and maintaining supplies as requested by providers.
