Requirements:

Current Illinois RN or LPN license Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience Private Duty experience preferred, but not required Current CPR certification Recent TB test (within last year) Yearly Physical document Required Skills Hoyer Lift operation Nursing note charting. Application of hot/cold compress Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Skillful, accurate and timely clinical documentation Supply management Physically able to perform the job duties required for this position Medication administration Gastric tube feedings Foley catheter care/insertion Trach care/suctioning Ventilator skills TPN Change dressings Injections Test blood sugars Catheter care Ostomy care About the Company Join a team of people who truly care.
