Job Description
ShiftKey, LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to deliver high-quality, hands-on care across partner healthcare facilities using our digital staffing marketplace. In this flexible, on-site role, you will perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications and treatments, support care plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in EHR systems. You'll collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams, following infection control and safety standards. Through ShiftKey's platform, you choose your shifts and locations while supporting facilities in filling critical staffing gaps. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care including vitals, basic assessments, and routine treatments. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and scope of practice. Accurately document care in facility electronic health records and paper charts as required. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and facility staff to support care plans and patient goals. Monitor patient status, report changes promptly, and respond to urgent care needs. Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards at all assigned facilities. Support admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed by the facility. Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
