Key Responsibilities:
Direct Patient Care:
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide medical assessments tailored to patients in various stages of recovery and withdrawal.
De-escalation & Crisis Management:
Utilize strong verbal de-escalation skills to manage challenging behaviors and maintain a calm, safe environment for both patients and staff.
Clinical Documentation:
Maintain consistent, accurate, and timely electronic health records (EHR). Your documentation will be the backbone of our clinical compliance and patient progress tracking.
Professional Boundaries:
Maintain a high standard of professional ethics, ensuring clear boundaries are established and upheld within the therapeutic relationship.
Collaboration:

Capella University Qualifications Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure:
Valid, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
Experience:
Prior experience in behavioral health, detox, or substance abuse treatment is highly preferred.
