Monitor residents' health and respond to changes in condition.
Implement and support individualized care plans.
Collaborate with caregivers, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence. What You'll Bring Current Indiana LPN or RN license in good standing.
A passion for providing exceptional care to seniors.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Previous experience in geriatric or memory care is preferred but not required. Schedule Part-Time Nights 6:30 p.m.•7:00 a.m.
