As a Nurse (LPN or RN), you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional clinical care while building lasting relationships with residents and their families. Your knowledge, compassion, and advocacy will help ensure every resident receives the dignity, respect, and personalized care they deserve. What You'll Do Provide exceptional nursing care to assisted living residents. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on each resident's needs. Advocate for residents and ensure their physical, emotional, and clinical needs are met. Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality care. Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members. Help create a safe, welcoming, and compassionate environment where seniors can thrive. What We're Looking For We're looking for nurses who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding care.
Our ideal candidate has:
A genuine passion for serving seniors and enhancing their quality of life. A resident-first mindset with a commitment to building trust and meaningful relationships. Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills. The desire to make a positive impact every day. Qualifications Current Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license required and maintained in good standing. Previous experience in a geriatric setting preferred. Memory Care or Alzheimer's care experience is a plus.
Schedule Evening Shift:
2:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Part-Time:
5 shifts per pay period
Pay LPN:
$31.37-$35.63 per hour
RN:
