Job Description

The Staff Nurse at Adams Woodcrest plays a vital role in delivering person-centered nursing care by collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure resident safety, comfort, and well-being. They participate in educating residents and their families, provide leadership by coordinating with ancillary and nursing staff, and adhere to the standards and philosophy of Adams Health. The nurse is responsible for planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care, assisting physicians during examinations and procedures, performing tests, administering medications within their scope, and promoting patient independence through education on health conditions, medications, and self-care practices. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus!
RN:
$20,000 /
LPN:
$12,000 Eligible for medical coverage on your first day of employment, all other benefits will be effective the 1st of the month following hire date!
Requirements:
30 hours per week -
First Shift Saturday and Sunday Hours:
