We're seeking a dedicated Intake Nurse (LPN or RN) to join a fast-paced, supportive, and tight-knit clinical team in Elkhart, IN. This role focuses on donor screenings, physicals, and eligibility assessments in a structured, consistent environment—ideal for nurses who enjoy teamwork, steady workflow, and professional growth without the physical demands of acute care. Hours & Schedule Open 7 days a week 5x8-hour shifts Weekend rotation required, structured as: One weekend fully off One weekend working Saturday & Sunday One weekend working Saturday OR Sunday One additional weekend working Saturday & Sunday Rotation through open, mid, and close shifts Closed on major holidays Position Overview As an Intake Nurse, you'll play a critical role in ensuring donor eligibility through accurate screenings and assessments. This position is fast-paced yet less physically demanding than traditional bedside nursing. Primary Responsibilities Conduct physical assessments and donor eligibility screenings Obtain height, weight, and vital signs Perform finger-stick testing (hematocrit and protein) Perform basic clinical assessment tasks Collaborate closely with a team of 5-8 nurses

$31.50/hour

Sign-On Bonus:
