Primary Job Duties, include but are not limited to: Execute physician orders thoroughly and safely Administers and documents all types of medications according to pharmacy and drug administration policies and procedures Performs a variety of treatments that may not be done by a CNA Glucoscan test Internal feedings and irrigations Insertions, installation and irrigation of urinary catheters Administers special skin care procedures Perform sterile dressing changes Operate special equipment for procedures Report personal illness or skin lesions and defective equipment or other potentially hazardous items Contributes information for revision in the resident plan of care Supplies ongoing summary documentations as required for MDS/PPS purposes
Job Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited school with a valid Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Indiana Must have completed an approved medication course
CPR & First Aid Certified Pay:
From $31.00 per hour
