Full Job Description Qualifications:

1. A valid License Practical Nurse (LPN) state license. 3. Experience in working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred. 4. Experience in medication administration training. 5. Cardiopulmonary-Resuscitation and First aid Instructor preferred but not required.

Duties:

1. Conduct Core A and Core B Medication Administration Training for all applicable personnel, contractors, and volunteers. 2. Conduct CPR/First Aid training to applicable personnel, contractors, and volunteers. 3. Perform TB Assessments for all applicable personnel, contractors, and volunteers. 4. Availability for health related consultation via phone and/or in person. 5. Review and write High Risk Plans. 6. Abide by all BDDS, FSSA, Medicaid, state and federal rules and regulations. 7. Responsible for keeping all required nursing licensure, training and certifications. 8. Responsible for keeping all work documentation current and up to date, in accordance with waiver regulations; including but not limited to CPR/First Aid, TB screening, auto Insurance, and drivers license 9. Will not intentionally defraud the Department for Medicaid Services and understand that there may be civil or criminal penalties.
