We're the community mental health center serving eleven counties in Southern Indiana for more than 50 years. We treat the whole person with an integrated approach and now offer basic medical care through our Federally Qualified Health Center. LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a full-time day shift Nurse to work at our Turning Point Center in Jeffersonville, IN. Turning Point is a residential program that specializes in the treatment of mental health and substance use disorders. Turning Point utilizes a multidisciplinary team approach to treatment and potential candidates and must be comfortable working with individuals with dual diagnoses. This position will work day shift 6:30am - 7pm. Qualified candidates must have an Indiana LPN or RN and a proven track record of being solution-focused, demonstrating a commitment to person-centered, trauma-informed care, and possess excellent personal and professional boundaries.
