RNs & LPNs NEEDED $3,000 Sign-On Bonus + $2 Night Differential

Night Shift Nurses Join our mission-driven team providing life-changing care to individuals battling substance use disorders and mental health challenges at our brand new facility!

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus $2/hour Night Shift Differential Base pay up to $44/hour (based on experience and licensure)

What You'll Do:

Provide nursing care in our detox and residential treatment settings Monitor and assess patients during critical withdrawal and stabilization phases Administer medications and document patient progress Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a recovery-focused environment

What We're Looking For:

Active Indiana RN or LPN license Passion for addiction and mental health treatment Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Experience in substance abuse or mental health care preferred (but not required) Why First City Recovery Center? ✓ Competitive compensation
